Job Description and Responsibilities
To serve as a brand ambassador for CASETiFY to provide an excellent customer experience by engaging everyone they assist using interpersonal skills
Confidently provide the customer with product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions
Responsible for engaging and connecting with customers to share top-quality products and speaking authentically about CASETiFY brand
Assist in customers needs to provide customized products, effective purchase experience , return solutions, and support
Answer customer questions about products, availability and product functionality and features
Clear communication with other staff members, manager, support staff, and peers as needed
Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality
Use in-store technology and software as needed to support store operations in order to provide a positive customer experience
Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations
Other duties as assigned
