We’re looking for a dynamic Staff Product Manager who will develop product area strategy, and roadmap by compiling and analyzing customer feedback, site usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling experiences for Marketplace Catalog Management. They will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to leadership. They will set performance goals and measure growth and adoption of new products and overall program effectiveness.

Strong experience on UX products and thought leadership to drive delightful experiences for seller journeys
You have experience working with UX designers to create intuitive experiences.

You’ll make an impact by:
Driving roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders, driving the end-to-end product implementation process
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to defines success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements/iterations
Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyzes and visualizes large amount of data into actionable insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process
Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback
Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.
