Business Analyst - Customer Operations (Remote)
At Tektronix, the Customer Operations organization puts the customer at the center. The team is passionate about the customer journey and seeks to identify and implement improvements to the digital backbone that supports this journey. We are looking for a dynamic and solutions oriented Business Analyst to join our team and be a catalyst for our sales and customer operations strategies! Using technology process design and data across multiple functions and regions that span the globe; this position is the facilitator and mediator for our Commercial Systems, enabling us to make better decisions and implement business solutions that make a difference.
Responsibilities

Provide consultation, data analysis and project management for business partners across the organization.

Lead projects or major work-streams within defined roadmap projects.

Analyze current business processes, always on the lookout for ways to improve existing business process. Use industry standard methods to improve these processes.

Provide recommendations to business leaders around new technologies and services being considered, by building and presenting objective cases.

Partner with sales and marketing leaders to develop a strong understanding of their business and process needs.

Facilitate consensus building to both align process where possible and rationalize where applicable. Work with IT and other operations team members to translate those requirements into a viable technical solution.

Provide business critical insights using analytics and help teams drive new initiatives forward.

Act as a key contributor in the creation and execution of test plans

Advise management and project teams of any facts, events, or information that may impact the success of a project or deliverable.

Take part in the identification of data quality (accuracy, completeness, etc.) issues.

Assist with the process of database design for assigned projects. As appropriate, train other individuals and teams in the routine use of data collection, analysis, and reporting and interpretation tools for measuring performance.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years Business Analyst experience; project experience as a business/systems analyst on a technology implementation.

Solid understanding of relevant business management principles; comfortable with continuous improvement culture

Proven track record of crafting creative solutions to tackle tough problems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to turn sophisticated concepts into simple language

Ability to acquire a deep understanding of business needs and then translate those needs to technical requirements

Sound planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and analytical approach

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a high energy, fast-paced, evolving environment

Capable of working independently and with others; self-directed and results-oriented

National: The salary range for this position is $61,300- $113,900
This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
