Digital Marketing Specialist - Hybrid (mostly remote)
We are a highly successful Digital Marketing Division of Globe Life, an S&P 500 company. Our rapidly expanding group in Culver City, CA (Silicon Beach) is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our direct response online marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience working in digital advertising platforms and who understands the fundamentals of campaign optimization. We are not an advertising agency, this is a client-side position that will offer you the chance to expand your knowledge of all facets of digital marketing, not just client support.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years experience managing campaigns in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar. Primary responsibilities will include setting up new campaigns, reporting on KPIs, and assisting with day-to-day campaign management for all digital marketing channels. Experience using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and a familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics are desirable skillsets, but not required.
All our employees have been working from home since the start of the global pandemic, but we continue to maintain physical premises in Culver City, CA for occasional onsite meetings & collaborative workdays. Team members are expected to attend on these occasions in-person, with advance notice, so it is therefore important for candidates to reside in the Greater Los Angeles area and have reliable means of transportation.
