Description: CAN INTERVIEW THIS WEEK! A LOT OF OT! 1st Shift Monday to Friday 6am -2:30pm (With OT will work 4am to 4pm-10-12hr day) Saturday 8-10hrs 2nd Shift Monday to Friday 2:00 - 10:30pm (With OT will work 4pm to 4am-10-12hr days), Saturday 8-10hrs 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am (come in earlier for OT)(WILL TRAIN ON EITHER 1ST OR 2ND SHIFT FOR AT LEAST 1-2 MONTHS - 10% differential for hours worked on 3rd shift once hired permanently!), Saturday 8-10hrs Quantum manufactures CNG fuel storage systems/tanks for trucks/big rigs, their products can be around 500 pounds. They are required to stand, walk, or sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch. Moving Heavy Materials, Load and Unload They will be asked to work in different stations, stations below: Rotomold Operator - They are using the injection mold machines to make the tanks Winding Machine Operator - winding machines to wrap the tanks with resin/protective layer (takes more training, a couple of weeks, because there is a lot of troubleshooting and working with carbon fiber) Trailer Assembler - Getting tanks ready in the trucks, doing more pressure tests Tube Bending - Installing and shaping all the metal tubing that goes around the tank, the safety equipment Adapter, Volumetric, EOL Domes/Labels - measuring the tanks, checking that they're pressurized correctly (lowering into water tank, checking for bubbles), a lot of measuring, working with pressures a plus not necessary) If have Composite/Filament experience: Winding Machine Operator - winding machines to wrap the tanks with resin/protective layer (takes more training, a couple of weeks, because there is a lot of troubleshooting and working with carbon fiber*)) Skills: torque, machine operator, assembly, automotive, aerospace, mechanically inclined, wrench, drills, deburr, Hand tool, Troubleshooting, Machine operation, Production, Automotive repair, Blueprint, Repair, Power tool, Mechanical assembly, Mechanical, machine operating, hydraulics, auto, diagnostic testing, weld, general production, automotive service, pneumatics, diesel engine, natural gas, injection mold, injection moulding, resin, epoxy, composite, kevlar, pre peg, composite material, fiberglass, carbon fiber Top Skills Details: torque,machine operator,assembly,automotive,aerospace,mechanically inclined,wrench,drills,deburr,Hand tool,Troubleshooting,Machine operation,Production,Automotive repair,Blueprint,Repair,Power tool,Mechanical assembly,Mechanical,machine operating,hydraul Additional Skills & Qualifications: -At least 6 months of production experience Experience and proficiency with tools very important (Ask them to name off tools in a toolbox for you! must know how to use a torque wrench (Can they explain how to use a torque wrench? They ask this in interview!)
