End User Support Engineer - Weekend Remote Work

Looking for a sharp and enthusiastic End User Support Engineer to join a fast-growing company in the Miami area!

***This role will require 2x12 hour shifts working from home on the weekends as well as 2x8 hour shifts during the week in the office***

This person will be responsible for both front-end support as well as back-end engineering while focused on continuously improving user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge in a team responsible for the monitoring and support of Windows infrastructure, SaaS platforms, desktop applications and Citrix VDI platform.
• Work to resolve direct technical issues across a global platform of end-users.
• Contribute to various global projects and rollouts such as Microsoft software packaging deployments.
• Create value and have ownership of software development projects from conception to production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in Windows 10 and O365
• Prior experience with scripting in PowerShell and Group Policy Management
• Exposure to Citrix Xendesktop or Xenapp
• Exposure to endpoint management including Intune and JAMF Device Management.
• Experience with managing and supporting Audio/Video conferencing equipment, rooms, and events
• Experience with office facilities and data communication rooms.
• Participation in a rotational after hours/weekend/on-call end user support model
