Job Description
DAUM, a leading Commercial Real Estate firm is seeking a web and print graphic designer to join their marketing team. Position will be in the Woodland Hills office. We are looking for a sharp, creative and responsible individual to assist the Director of Marketing by helping update and create print and web material for brokers and their property listings. The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented. Along with strong communication skills, the applicant should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. The position requires a strong aptitude for quickly learning commercial real estate processes and/or experience herewith and have the ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Create Property Brochures from Templates
- Design Postcards form Templates
- Update and Create Property Websites from Templates
- Retouch Images in Photoshop
- Create Site and Floor Plans using Illustrator or Photoshop
- Design and send HTML emails using Mailchimp
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
- Meets with Marketing Manager and internal clients to understand and document scope and requirements for new projects
- Works with the Marketing Director to enter project details into online job tracking system, assigning work to the appropriate team member and monitoring multiple project deadlines
- Participates in and documents discussions during internal client meetings and conference calls
- Report on project progress and manage resources
- Social Media/AD sense experience (Ideal)
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop or (Adobe creative suite CC or higher)
Proficiency in Publisher, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat Professional
Ability to Multi-task and Meet Tight Deadlines in a Short Timeframe
Reliable and Dependable Work Ethic
Strong Written & Proofreading skills
Superior Client Services Skills
Education:
Associates or Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media or related major; 2-3 years experience in graphic design and marketing.
