Part Time Office Manager
Evolving Boutique Psychology Practice is hiring a Part-Time Office Manager. The candidate must be adept at problem solving, highly organized, detailed oriented, polished and professional, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate is personable, reliable, adaptive, self-motivating, tenacious, and tech savvy. Position is in person, with opportunities for remote work.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, providing polite and professional customer service
Respond to email and phone inquiries
Manage calendars for multiple therapists
Communicate with insurance companies and relay information to patients
Create, file, track medical claims
Call insurance companies for patient information and claim updates
Manage office needs (filing, stocking, errands, etc.)
Work closely with CEO
Requirements
Proven experience as an office manager
Minimum two years experience
Experienced use of google docs, gmail, google sheets, powerpoint
Familiarity with Quickbooks
Detailed oriented and organized
Strong initiative, effective multitasker, self-monitoring
Polished, clear communication with various demographics- patients, doctors, community resources
Must be discreet and respect confidentiality
Previous experience in medical office
Prior Medical Claims Billing experience a plus
Interest in growing with practice
Job Type:
Part-Time 20-30 hours. Independent contractor position without health benefits. Potential for full time transition for the right candidate. Must successfully complete training and probation period.
