How you’ll CREATE:
Report structure, systems set-up for report generation, statistical / correlation modeling. Curious – looks beyond raw data for trends, themes to gain insights. Comfortable questioning/recommending alternative solutions. Solution/problem solving oriented. Comfortable working in a scrappy, creative operation.

• Currently working towards a MS, or advanced degree
• Strong communication skills in terms of keeping appropriate people in the loop on their progress
• Ability to assist with the development of creative for presentations and employee communications

Total Rewards
How you’ll CREATE:
As a member of the Universal Musical Group’s Total Rewards team, you will assist with the administration of the Executive Compensation, US Compensation, and US Benefit programs.
General Tasks:
• Learn about the company’s policies and employee benefits to respond to employee inquiries
• Assist with projects across all benefits such as healthcare, 401(k), and more
• Research trends in employee benefits and conduct analysis of UMG’s benefits
Responsibilities may include the following:
• Reviewing internal pay equality
• Identifying market pay levels and practices
• Processing employee contracts as they are negotiated or renegotiated
• Modeling compensation/earnings scenarios Auditing Workday HCM records and investing/resolving when there are discrepancies
